Artists and friends ‘exhibit’ generosity to local children
Prime Wine (importers of quality South African Wines) and Cheese and Pickle (importers of speciality cheeses and foods from the UK) sponsored a cocktail party recently, in the impressive setting of Charlie’s Art Gallery in Quinta Shopping.
Guests were invited to pay a mere €2.50 for the tasting and the opportunity to view original artwork from local artists, Charlie Clements and Gareth Thomas.
Samantha Diamond, ACCA (helping children in need in the Algarve), was thrilled to see yet another initiative by local businesses to support the charity. “It just goes to show, you can promote your own business and help a worthy cause at the same time. It really is that easy! ACCA were thrilled to be associated with this event and the children we support will benefit directly from the money raised on the night. So a big thank you to everyone involved.”
