Haiti Earthquake Appeal

As you know, on Tuesday 12th January 2010 a disastrous Earthquake struck the beautiful country of Haiti. Tens of thousands are feared dead and countless people still remain buried under rubble in the impoverished country. For those who have survived there are fears over the supply of food, water, shelter and medicine.

The Disaster Emergency Commission (DEC) constitutes 13 humanitarian charities that respond to international disasters, sending medical, food and shelter aid to areas of the world stricken by natural and man-made disasters.

The DEC are asking website owners to help with the Haiti Earthquake Appeal by providing traffic to help support the appeal through January 2010 and of course we are more than happy to do this. We would like to stress that is a charity appeal, so we are NOT receiving any commission or material reward for helping to raise awareness for the appeal.

Time is of the essence, so we would like to ask you on behalf of the Haiti Earthquake Appeal, that if you can spare any money at all, then visit the Disaster Emergency Committee website as soon as you can to make a donation please.
