Sabores do Mundo Restaurant and Shushi Bar at Vila Sol Shopping in Vilamoura will be open every day (for dinners only - 7pm to 11.30pm) throughout July and August. With a new Summer Menu for July too, it is bound to get quite busy so booking is advisable.
