Well, I did say I'd get back to you eventually, but there's still no change on the weather front...it's stil hot, hot, hot with endless blue skies and we're nearly half way through September! The temperatures in August were in the high 30's°C all month and we were very grateful for the occasional light breeze. Even at night it rarely dipped below 25°C. But we're not ones to complain!

Having just checked the temperature outside on the balcony now it's 29°C and very nice too! We love the weather in September and October as the mornings have that lovely fresh feel and the day temperatures are just right - you can walk around without the constant need to "towel down"! On Monday this week we had a few rumbles of thunder and there were a few dark clouds around, but it soon passed us by - quite disappointing really as a shower of rain would have been rather nice. Never mind - we'll just have to wait!
