Finishing October in style! We had a couple of days at the beginning of the week that were a little cloudy and breezy as you can see from this week's photos, but other than that it's been warm to rather hot with lovely blue skies.  Normally the photos are taken about 10am, but as you can see we slipped a couple of times this week! (The "sun temperatures" are the readings from a thermometer on the balcony about 11am every day )

	27th October 2009: 22°C in the shade 24°C in the sun Today was a municipal holiday in Lagos so the routine went slightly awry and we didn't make the cliff walk until early evening! This photo was taken about 5.15pm as the sun was going down! It was a bit cloudy and breezy today although still a very comfortable temperature.
	This photo was taken about 15 minutes later as the sun set over Sagres,  the most south westerly point in Europe.
	28th October 2009: 24°C and cloudy   It was a very pleasant temperature all day and evening too, just hazy cloud most of the day.
	29th October 2009: 21°C in the shade 34°C in the sun   A lovely sunny day, just a few wispy clouds.
	30th October 2009: 24°C in the shade 41°C in the sun at 11am. No...it's not a typo! It really was that hot in the morning, but did go a little breezy in the afternoon with some clouds so the temperature dropped back to 24°C when the clouds were about!
	31st October 2009: 24°C in the shade 34°C in the sun   This was taken about 3.30pm when we took a walk to Lagos marina. A glorious day to finish the month - blue skies and sun all day!
