The sun is still shining in the Algarve, even in the middle of December! Most days it has been around 23°C in the sun. Today (Monday) the shade temperature took a dive down to 9°C, but the skies are clear and blue and the sun is lovely.

It was a cloudy start but after a shower of rain early in the afternoon the clouds cleared and the sun came out. It was a mild night as the temperature was already 17°C at 7.30am.

A beautifully sunny start to the day although it did cloud over later in the day.

Early in the morning we had some misty rain, but by 10am the clouds had cleared and it was a lovely sunny day with brilliant blue skies. As it went dark a fairly thick fog came down.

It was a slightly overcast start to the day (the photo was taken about 9.30am) but by mid-morning the clouds had gone, the sun was out and the skies were blue!
