Sorry that it's been over a month since the last update, but as you can probably see we have been incredibly busy getting our new network of websites up and running. Anyway, now a brief update on how the weather was in April. There has probably been a bit more rain than some years, we certainly had 2 or 3 days early in the month when it fair chucked it down!  We've also had a lot of glorious sunny days and the beach has beckoned! The last week of the month the temperatures were in the high 20's. When we were in Faro last Saturday  it was a lovely 25°C and there were lots of families enjoying themselves having picnic lunches in the gardens overlooking the marina.

Yesterday (May 1st) was a bank holiday and Meia Praia beach was really busy (which is quite something considering it's nearly 4km long) with families enjoying the day off together. It certainly looks as if the weather is set fair now with lovely blue skies and just the occasional white, fluffy cloud!
