The weather in July has been, as expected, hot, dry and sunny - with daily shade temperatures between 27°C and 33°C and temperatures in the sun anywhere up to 40°C ! Luckily we do get some light breezes, particularly in the afternoons, which although normally warm they do at least create some air movement to give the illusion of cooling!

Rather than bore you with daily photos for July (after all once you've seen one photo of blue sky and sunshine they all look the same!) here are just a few taken throughout the month.

As usual the view is from the cliffs at Ponta de Piedade in Lagos, except for the last photo which is at Praia da Ingrina - a delightful sheltered bay further west past Salema.
