The Algarve weather in February has been really lovely. Mid - month we had some rain, which at times was really heavy, and a couple of thunderstorms but the rest of the time it's been wall to wall sunshine and clear, blue skies. The days are getting longer again now with sunrise about 7am and sunset about 6.30pm - that's nearly 12 hours of sunshine! Evenings and early mornings can still be a little cool - this morning it was 8°C at 7.30am - but that's not at all bad for winter!
