There's been quite a change in the weather over the last few days. Since the last update: it started with a day of mixed weather - sometimes overcast, sometimes sunny and with a distinctly cooler breeze. The next 4 days  the sun shone but it stayed quite cool, particularly out of the sun (13°C to 14°C) and then came the weekend! Saturday, during the day we had showers (sometimes heavy) and by nightime it was fairly torrential rain, which continued through the night. By  Sunday it was back to showers off and on throughout the day. It's still quite cool and showery today - it's currently just 12°C outside. The great thing about the Algarve is that the sun will come back soon and it will warm up again - last year on Christmas Day we were on the beach with our dog and shorts and t-shirts were the order of the day (for us, not the dog!).
