The weather during the first week in February has been a little mixed! Looking at the notes in my diary some typical days are: " Nice and quite sunny during the day, poured with rain late afternoon and evening"......"sunny first thing, then heavy rain, dry again by 1.00pm".  It may have been wet, but not cold - temperatures around 15 to 17°C. Yesterday (Sunday) was a lovely  warm and sunny day reaching 23°C in the sunshine and around 17°C in the shade and today is much the same. There are a few clouds over Monchique as I write this so it may shower later on!
