The weather for the rest of February was gloriously warm and sunny and was perfect for all the carnivals that took place from 21st to 24th.  The first week in March was, however, a little mixed. It wasn't particularly cold but was frequently cloudy and we had a few very heavy rain "showers"! The forecast was for good weather from Saturday and amazingly the skies were clearing on Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning the sun was back and it's still shining! The temperatures have gone up - it's been 20 to 21°C by 10am (air temperature) and as high as 30°C in the sunshine.....nice!!
