Foia - the top of the Algarve!
Foia is the highest point in the Algarve, Portugal, at 902 metres and is just 8kms from Monchique. The view is spectacular - both of the Algarve coastline and the Alentejo to the north. Do take a coat with you as the temperature drops dramatically!
