What to expect
The Adventure Mini-Golf Course advertised by Ondamar uses garden landscaping and obstacles to turn a putting round into a small journey. Its current course page describes 18 holes, with slopes, raised sections and narrow approaches around ponds, streams and a waterfall. Wooden bridges connect parts of the layout. The challenge is judging each putt rather than hitting a ball a long way, which makes it an activity different generations can attempt together.
Head to the course entrance on Rua de Dunfermline, Lote 12, when arranging directions or a taxi. Tasca da Cascata is the accompanying bar and restaurant, allowing a round to become a longer stop if that suits your group. Choose a time when everyone can enjoy moving between the holes without hurrying, and allow a younger child to take the game at their own pace. The ponds and bridges are part of the outdoor layout, so adults should stay close to small children as the group moves around.
