What to expect
Pinetrees Riding Centre provides an equestrian option in the Almancil resort area, between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. The school offers classical riding tuition, working with ponies and horses for different abilities. Its approved-school listing includes children from four, beginners and more experienced riders. That range is useful when one family member wants a first lesson and another already has riding experience, though they need not take an identical session.
