Parque Aventura Lagos

Parque Aventura Lagos combines tree-top obstacle courses with paintball and an outdoor trampoline course in the Meia Praia area. Its different rope-course levels have separate height requirements. It is a physical outdoor alternative to a beach afternoon, with safety instruction and adult accompaniment required for children.

Meia Praia, Lagos

What to expect

The Lagos branch of Parque Aventura is on the Meia Praia side of town, on Rua Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen. Its main activity is travelling between trees on bridges, nets and zip lines while using a safety system. Three ticket levels give access to different sets of obstacles, so a family does not have to approach the most demanding course together. Check the height rules for this branch: requirements on the harder levels are not identical across every park in the operator’s network.

Lagos also advertises paintball and a separate outdoor trampoline course in the trees. Those make it useful for a group with different interests, but they should not be assumed to come with every rope-course ticket. Decide which activities you want before booking, and leave time for the compulsory safety introduction. The park requires a responsible adult to accompany under-18 s throughout their visit and activity. Its schedule changes through the year, including periods with limited regular opening and other dates by appointment; the beachside setting does not make it an indoor rainy-day option.
