About the course
Quinta da Ria’s Academy Course adds a nine-hole pitch-and-putt option to a complex better known for its two full 18-hole courses. The operator’s course guide shows a separately numbered nine-hole layout beside Quinta de Cima, so this is a physical short course rather than a name for a driving-range lesson. Its scale makes it relevant to players developing their approach shots or to golfers who want a short session instead of another full-length round.
The wider academy provides a driving range, putting greens, tuition and a performance centre. Those training services are different bookings from a round on the short course, and visitors should describe what they want to do when contacting the golf team. The associated ROBINSON resort identifies paid short-course access for beginners without a playing licence, while member information includes Academy access as a benefit. Neither statement should be read as a guarantee of unrestricted walk-up access for every visitor. Arrange eligibility, the playing session and suitable equipment through the academy, particularly for families or groups whose members have different levels of golf experience.
