What to expect
Algarve Surf School offers lesson packages as well as surf-and-stay weeks based in Sagres. Instruction includes boards and wetsuits, with different options for beginners, intermediate surfers, children and families. The camp format adds accommodation and transport to the beach, while the lesson offer can be booked on its own.
Select the appropriate format for the group rather than treating every booking as the same surf week. Families should specify ages and experience, and visitors staying elsewhere should confirm the lesson meeting point and any transport included. Equipment provision belongs to the selected package, so additional independent rental should be arranged separately if needed outside the lesson.
