What to expect
The sailing centre teaches on small sailing boats and catamarans, with introductory, intermediate and more advanced options. Individual lessons are also advertised. Windsurfing has its own progression from first-time board handling to more developed techniques, so a beginner course and equipment hire are separate choices.
Kayaks and paddleboards add a paddling option at Luz. The centre lists single and double ocean kayaks, while its SUP programme includes both tuition and guided outings. The beach is the operational base rather than Lagos marina. Sailing and windsurfing activities begin with a briefing on the conditions, operating area and equipment; the centre requires lifejackets for adults and children.
