What to expect
The Editory By The Sea Lagos is a substantial hotel in the Ponta da Piedade area, on the southern side of Lagos. Its two hundred-plus rooms and range of connecting accommodation give it a broad family-holiday role rather than the scale of a small guesthouse.
Indoor and outdoor pools, Sand Spa, a children’s club and several dining spaces provide options within the hotel. Dona Ana beach is nearby, while the old town and the Ponta da Piedade headland are separate walks; this is a coastal-neighbourhood base rather than a marina-front address.
