What to expect

The church of Nossa Senhora da Graça is one of Moncarapacho’s principal historic buildings. Its entrance is the feature to study: the diocesan heritage account singles out the Renaissance stonework as a notable Algarve example.

Use it as a village-centre stop while exploring inland from Olhão. It gives a different experience from the town’s seafront and island trips, and its exterior can anchor a short walk even when an interior visit does not fit the parish’s opening arrangements.
