What to expect
Sagres Surf School organises lessons from its Sagres base, with group tuition, family sessions and one-to-one coaching offered separately. The standard group product includes the surfboard, wetsuit and transport. It is aimed at beginners while allowing the instructor to account for the participants’ experience.
The standard group lesson has its own age conditions, so families with younger children should choose the family option instead of booking everyone into an adult group. Confirm the meeting point and the final lesson arrangements before travelling to a beach independently. Private instruction can be considered when a visitor wants individual feedback or a family needs a different session format.
