What to expect
Windsurfing, kitesurfing and wingfoiling are taught as separate sports, with instruction for newcomers and for riders working on more advanced skills. The Algarve lessons page places kite tuition in the Alvor lagoon, and describes beginner windsurf and wingfoil sessions in the smaller lagoon area. More advanced sessions can use Meia Praia with boat support.
The school also lists surf and SUP instruction, with routes and venues depending on the waves. Its website covers both the Algarve and Boa Vista in Cape Verde: the Lagos base is the one relevant to an Algarve holiday. A booking should identify the sport and experience level so that the school can arrange the correct local meeting point and equipment.
